D3 New Logo & New Brand Identity Launch

I envisioned the new company logo as modern and streamlined, reflecting motion, progress, and a focus on volume reduction. D3 stands for Data-Driven Decision making. After exploring various approaches and ideas, I developed the concept of having the three Ds merge and shape into the company icon.

I wanted to preserve some familiar elements from the old logo. I kept the ‘D3’ text in the same font style but slimmed it down. I integrated the three Ds into the icon itself by overlapping them and retaining some intersecting outlines, creating three layers that narrow down, symbolizing the concept of reduction while preserving the D shape and subtly recalling the number 3.

D3 Swag

The brand launch coincided with the Black Hat conference in Vegas. For this event, I designed new swag to be distributed, and the booth was updated to reflect the new branding. Additionally, I created a cyborg mascot, reminiscent of the Terminator, to symbolize automation that enhances and supports human analysts rather than replacing them.

Absolute Activate Visual Identity

I was tasked to generate visual identities (logos and basic colour palettes) for two separate themes stemming from the word ‘activate.’ Both themes would be presented for selection by sales leadership.

Once the visual identity was selected, I was asked to produce a short logo animation for Activate which would be used throughout the event (between sessions/speakers, breaks etc).
